The word like is used in a large number of idiomatic expressions.
Like crazy/mad
If you are doing something like crazy, you are doing it in an extreme or fast way.
John is quite active on Facebook. He is adding friends like crazy.
He put the baby in the car and drove like mad to the hospital. (= He drove really fast.)

This expression is used to suggest that you are saying repeating something you have already said.
